for the Williams Room is 200 guests and the maximum for the New England

much time do you allocate for the reception? |
||||
The time covered by your package will include
five hours, beginning at the time of arrival agreed upon when booking.
Additional time is available at an additional charge. |

| What is the charge for an open bar? | ||||
Our charge for an open bar is based on
the amount of individual drinks consumed. Please note there is a 18%
gratuity charge for open bar. |

upon signing of our service contract. |

| Do you have an off-season packages? | ||||

| Do I need to make a deposit? | ||||
To reserve the date, time and facility, there
is an initial deposit of $500.00. You are required to sign the service
contract within fourteen days of reservation, upon which an additional
deposit of $500.00 will be due. A third deposit of $500.00 will be
due six months prior to your wedding day. |

| What is your policy regarding cancellations? | ||||
Deposits will be refunded only when, subsequent
to the cancellation, the room is reserved by another party for that
same date and time. |
