much time do you allocate for the reception?
The time covered by your package will include
five hours, beginning at the time of arrival agreed upon when booking.
Additional time is available at an additional charge.

Can we have our ceremony at the Barker
Tavern?
Absolutely! Please discuss this with our in-house wedding Coordinator.

Do you have a room
for the bride and groom?

What is the charge
for an open bar?
Our charge for an open bar is based on
the amount of individual drinks consumed. Please note there is a 18%
gratuity charge for open bar.

Are the prices of the package guaranteed?
Your package price is guaranteed
upon signing of our service contract.

Do I need to make a deposit?
To reserve the date, time and facility, there
is an initial deposit of $500.00. You are required to sign the service
contract within fourteen days of reservation, upon which an additional
deposit of $500.00 will be due. A third deposit of $500.00 will be
due six months prior to your wedding day.

What is your policy regarding cancellations?
Deposits will be refunded only when, subsequent
to the cancellation, the room is reserved by another party for that
same date and time.
